当重叠部分减小时，迭代算法的效果变差，考虑用网络。文章【通过实验】证明了如果没有overlapping frequency band，网络能够得到更好的效果；如果频域有重叠，用网络能够减少计算时间。【最后还说可以先用网络得到一个初始解，用这个初始解去套迭代的做法，迭代次数就能很少很少】

三个卷积层，其中两个hidden layer用ReLU激活，然后接一个output layer，直接输出重建图像，损失函数是欧几里得距离。【好暴力。】

比较关键的思想：The inverse filters of the band-passes applied to the original light field can be approximated with convolutional filters, and the reconstruction process is locally independent which makes this a well-suited problem for a CNN.

训练：91张图像，512x512，每张图拍49张照片，15000x48x48x49个patch，200000次迭代，每次batch size是256。

所以我怀疑这个结构就是这么简单，不是靠数据多堆起来来克服网络的简单。
