idea other settings

IDEA的Other Settings选项并没有消失，而是换成了另外的名称！

1、IDEA 2018

位置：在file ? Other Settings ? Default Settings

2、IDEA 2019

Other Settings没有改变，Default settings变成了Settings for New Projects

位置：在file ? Other Settings ? Settings for New Projects

3、IDEA 2020

Other Settings变成了New Projects Settings

位置：在file ? New Projects Settings ? Settings for New Projects
