我只是增加了 相关搜索的标题。。

主要的解决方法 步骤:

1, 在解决方案 目录下 找到 App.config

然后在

把 startup 标签 里 增加 useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true" 属性。 即可解决无法生成，或 生成失败的问题。
