eclipse文件中的乱码问题

 设置 eclipse中文件乱码 可设置：

举例   修改properties 文件

依次点击：

　　　　Window  ------》Preferences ------》General ------》ContentTypes ------》Text ------》Java Properties File ------》设置Default encoding，把下面的ISO-8859-1改为UTF-8或者GBK（推荐UTF-8），然后update，然后OK
