yaml.scanner.ScannerError：报错处理

报错信息：

yaml.scanner.ScannerError: while scanning for the next token
found character '%' that cannot start any token
in "D:\勿动\MS\api_proctice\wz_api_frame\config.yaml", line 4, column 14

切换yaml文件，发现yaml文件中字符串中有%时候，需要加上引号，标识字符串：
